I worked with my personal life coach for about two years before I actually “got” NLP. I had been stuck in a pattern of doing something I thought I was supposed to do and hating it.
“What if you didn’t?” my NLP life coach asked me. I couldn’t imagine not doing something that was expected of me.
“But I have to,” I asked.
“What if you didn’t?” she asked again with her incredible patience.
That was a transformational moment for me when. I suddenly realized that we have the power to create and influence our lives. I stopped doing that thing I thought I was supposed to do and with the help of my Certified NLP Life Coach set healthy boundaries. The rest is history. I was so powerfully influenced by my life coaching sessions that when my coach took over running a prominent NLP coach training center, I trained to become an NLP-certified life coach.
